My name is Jazzie and I am the Chief Marketing Officer of JLM Social, a social media marketing agency that values community, organic engagement, and authenticity over the vanity metrics most people are chasing.
I started out in social media as a food blogger back in 2014. Over the last 7 years, I have come to know the Instagram algorithm and other social media platforms inside and out through my work as a micro-influencer, in Public Relations for a nonprofit, marketing for a local Jerusalem eatery, and beyond.
In the summer of 2020, I left my full time job to set out on a mission to teach small businesses how to grow online in a real and genuine way.
My hope is through education, training, and passion- we can stop social media from eating away at our values and begin using it to create a better digital environment for everyone.

I understand social media from the client’s side. In 2019 when the literary agent who had just sold the rights to my book insisted I go onto social media, I literally panicked. I knew social media like I knew astrophysics. That is to say, not at all. I had spent the last 25 years of my career revolutionizing the world of women’s health, creating and running one of the largest sexual health centers in the US. But social media? That was a total mystery. And a scary one at that.
Then I met Jazzie. Together we built an exciting, authentic, and sustainable model that introduced me and my work on Instagram and TikTok. And suddenly I came to appreciate the incredible power of social media and the unprecedented reach for education and communication. I was hooked. And I experienced first hand what an effective tool it was for building a business. Because customers and clients find you online and can make an educated determination of whether or not you are the right person for the “job”.
Jazzie and I decided to team up and offer the same service to other small businesses with a model that focuses on introducing you, your team, your unique service to your clients.
We want to do it in an ethical, authentic way and we want to build community as we do it.
